I seek to encourage radical self-expression. Personal style is political. As a genderqueer person, I am more conscious than most of how we constantly construct our identities through our presentation, and I am intimately familiar with both the power of passing and the power of NOT passing. I want my design to embolden people to choose the power of not passing, of being radically themselves and forcing the world at large to deal with them as they come.
